Music on Hold

The Audio tab is where you can

• View audio files
• Upload audio files
• Create audio files
• Create playlists for on-hold music

To create a new audio file, click Add Audio in the top-right corner. There are three ways to create an audio file:

• Upload Audio
• Record Audio
• Text to Speech

Playlists

The Playlists tab allows you to create Music on Hold (MOH) playlists, these can be applied to both extensions and routes. Any uploaded or created audio files can be used in playlists. If you want to use a file for Music On Hold:

1. Make sure it has been uploaded or created first.
2. Click Add Playlist to create a new playlist, you will then be given several configuration settings to set it up.
3. Add Audio Files to Playlist. This section allows you to choose which audio files will be included in the Music on Hold (MOH) playlist. Click the dropdown arrow to see all available audio files on your system.
4. Select the audio file you want to add.
5. Click the orange “+” icon to add the file to the playlist.
6. The selected file will move to the grey box in the middle.
7. You can add multiple tracks if you want your MOH playlist to include several audio files.
8. Use the orange play button to preview an audio file before adding it.
