Call Handling Tab
- Shows options for how calls to this extension are handled when called directly.
- Also includes settings related to voicemail.
My Primary Mailbox
- This is the mailbox that receives calls if the extension is not answered.
- Can be set to either a group voicemail or an individual mailbox.
- Select the mailbox by clicking the dropdown arrow to view all available mailboxes.
Send Missed Call Alert
- Sends an email notification if a call is missed and goes to voicemail.
- The alert is sent even if the caller does not leave a voicemail.
- These alerts are separate from voicemail-to-email messages.
- To add an email:
- Enter the email address in the “Send email to” field.
- Click the orange + button to add it.
- Added email addresses will appear in the grey box on the right.
- Multiple email addresses can be added to receive missed call alerts.
